The Impact of Information Communication and Technology on Organizational Agility in Khuzestan Public Universities (Case Study: Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz)

Abstract:
These studies have been carried out to evaluate the impact of ICT on organizational agility in Khuzestan public universities (case study: Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz). Validity of questionnaire was approved by comments of university faculty members and the reliability was approved by using Cranach’s alpha coefficients (=α0/96). Data were collected by researcher-made questionnaire. Statistical society of the research included 160 faculty members of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz which 114 of them were selected randomly with Morgan Table. Data was analyzed through SPSS and LISREL. The results show that there was no statistically significant difference between the views of academic staff with different major, age and work experience in organizational agility. There is significant relationship between external and internal variables affecting information communication and technology with organizational agility and also external variables have greatest impact on organizational agility.
