Personality characteristics of gallantry and helping people with emphasis on good character of a military organization

with respect to determinant role of isar culture in valued defense and importance of this factor is necessary in national power and defense in I. R. I in order to achieve to desired personality in military organization and sepah. With respect to literature of this subject، survey of helper personality traits must seriously study. The aim of this research was understand of helper individuals in practical and experimental situation and their personality traits. method research in understanding of helper individuals (N: 500) was experimental and in understanding of their personality traits (n=366) was casual comparative and voluntarily sampling from youth in 1381. Results show that helper individual have significant differences in full personality traits and personality profiles of them was highlight. subjects completed Neo-PI-R-240 and gathered data analysis with multi variance with SPSS 18 version. this results show organizational desired personality traits and accordance with completedStudies can help to achieve to organizational personality traits in military powers for modify acceptance، teaching and human resource management.
