The Analysis of instability of Rural Settlements from the perspective of the authorities in Mountainous and Foothill Areas (Case Study: Marivan and Sarvabad Counties) of Zagros

Over the past few decades, different geographical areas, especially the rural areas affected by a variety of environmental, social, economic, political and spatial problems have been in a bad condation. Identifying these factors and planing to avoid them meet with an appropriate approach has had condiderable impact in preventing instability in rural areas and can guarantee the stability of the villges. This study aimed to analyze the instability of Rural Settlements from the perspective of the authorities in Mountainous and Foothill Areas of Zagros Case Study Marivan and Sarvabad Counties),The materials of the present study was mainly gathered in libraries and field study.
