Iran s criminal policy about crimes against wife in family

physical & psychological vulnerability of woman and the role of man in family, couse crimes against woman are common in comparison of crimes against man in family.
The Iranian legislator criminalize some behavior against woman s rights and his personality for protection, so Differential criminal policy through especial criminalization & aggravation of punishment about crimes against woman in family should be chosen, but Iranian legislator did not accept Differential criminal policy in this cases & prepare ground of crimes commission against woman in family with less criminal protection of him in crimes against her body such as murder, mayhem, assault which is needed amendment in this domain....
The present article while attempting to clarify crimes against woman in family & also wants to analyze criminal policy & finally it presents some solutions.beside tazirat proposal should protect wife in family.
