A Model for Preventing Deviant Behavior through Moral Guidance and Moral Values

This research seeks to examine a model for preventing emotional damage and deviant behavior through moral guidance and moral values. The population sample comprises 385 people working in a manufacturing firm. A classified sampling method was used for the selecting the people in the survey. The research techniques include a nine-question questionnaire on moral guidance, a four-question questionnaire on moral values, an eight-question questionnaire on deviant behavior and a nine-question questionnaire on emotional damage. Pierson’s correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling and mediatory Regression analysis were used for the analyzing the data.
