Studying the Attitude of the Youngs to Deviant and Abnormal of Beggary Act (Case Study: Youth of Shoosh)

The main aim of this research is to study the attitude of the youngs of Shoosh to phenomenon of beggary, as a deviant act, and the effective factors on this attitude. This research was conducted in survey method and to collect data questionnaires were used. Its population includes youth 19-29 years of Shoosh. The findings show that most of the youngs of Shoosh, believe that frequency of beggars is too much in this city, and beggary is a deviant and abnormal act which makes the following: Persistence and harassment; The destruction of the physical space and the ugly face of the city; Deleterious economic effects; Deleterious health effects; Promoting sexual immorality; The detrimental effects of security; Promotion and distribution of drug addiction; Harmful psychological effects. This research indicates the variables of sexuality, degree, type of job and ethnicity impact on the phenomenon of beggary, as a deviant act.
