Relationship of organizational learning and Employee empowerment

Abstract:
The main objective of this research is to study communication of organizational learning with Employee empowerment. The research method is descriptive and the survey. Statistical population of current study is Organization agriculture of North Khorasan province. That number is 196, that of this number, 130 employees to random sampling and using Cochran formula sample were selected. The gathering data tools is standard questionnaire organizational learning and empowerment. To assess the reliability using of Cochran’s formula. to determine the validity using of the professors and experts. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed that Organizational learning is a significant and positive effect on employee empowerment And the dimensions of organizational learning, dimension Organizational Culter, Systemic Thinking and Participative leadership Significant impact on organizational learning.
