The effects of Inner Organization Factors on Iran Police Quality Management Improvement (Case Study: Gilan province disciplinary command)

Quality management in Iran police has noticed that justice establishment, access to favorable performance, social acceptability, effectiveness and supply of added services to clients have created new horizons for Iran police and in addition to respecting citizen rights ,these services can lead to satisfaction increase. Research purpose is to determine the effects of inner organization factors on Iran police quality management improvement based on environmental, procedural, behavioral and innovative dimensions in Gilan province disciplinary command. This is an applied research and metric-descriptive in methodology. Studying scientific theories, four hypotheses are extracted. The questionnaire was designed and distributed among 61 personnel of Gilan province disciplinary command who were involved in Iran police quality management model so called MAKNA. Questionnaire validity approved by experts and its reliability approved by alpha Cronbach (a=.938).Testing research hypotheses showed that inner organization effective factors have meaningful relation with four dimensional aspects of Iran police quality management improvement in Gilan province disciplinary command. It is clear that there is different opinions among personnel regarding effective factors on quality. Study and appraisal of inner organization effective factors on environmental, procedural, behavioral and innovative dimensions indicated that the behavioral dimension with the index of sympathy to work by 19/71 has the most effect and environmental dimension with the index of erecting guide sign on rout by 13/33 has the least effect on Iran police quality management in Gilan province disciplinary command. Therefore for improving quality, more attention should be paid to all indexes.
