Research and Development (R&D) deals the ingeniously, scholarly and entrepreneurship working on the humankind, culture and society and also how it could be developing into the novel spheres. R&D exercised before in the Industries, technologies and drags as usual. Now it is time to encourage it into the cultural organizations too. As the main question what implications of R&D like the industries applied do need to do in the cultural organizations?
