The Outlook for Yemen's Ansarollah, a Movement or a Government?

Following the political developments in Yemen in 2011 and subsequently, air strikes of Saudi coalition to its territory, Ansarollah movement, as the leader of Yemen resistance flow, has turned into an important and influential actor in political and security developments. Hence, lots of analysis have mentioned about this movement and examining the status and actor level of Ansarollah movement in the future of Yemen’s political developments, has become more important. Accordingly, this paper seeks to answer this key question: “based on which model, Ansarollah movement is able to be successful in Yemen’s political development in future and have a key role in the future developments?” .Proposed hypothesis in response to the question is based on this fact that: “According to the restrictions that are ahead of Ansarollah movement in state- building process, could play a key role in Yemen’s future developments, according to Hezbollah model based on participating in state- building and maintaining its movement nature”. Findings of this study also confirms the correctness of the article’s assumptions and by studying the different patterns of government (in particular the Lebanese coalition government) and scenarios based on independence in state- building, stepping down from the power, integrating with government and cooperating in order to form the government, this result will be obtained: The best approach for Ansarollah movement, is adopting the same strategy like Lebanon Hezbollah, according to local considerations.
