The effectiveness of emotional regulation on aggression in students

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of emotion regulation training high school students was based on gross model aggression. The study is experimental pretest-posttest control group design was used. Society is the study of all male students from high schools Kamyaran city. Trait Anger Expression Inventory control was random cluster sampling method among students were then randomly distributed into two groups: experimental and control that each group consisted of 15 people. The results showed that after controlling for the influence of Pysh¬Zmvn, significant differences between the experimental and control groups, there are scores of aggression (001/0> P). ¬Yafth¬Hay showed that emotion regulation training can be effective in reducing symptoms of aggression in high school students. It is recommended that schools and training centers requires the continuous presence of professional counseling to students with training in emotion regulation strategies to reduce anger and aggressiveness that Mkhrb¬Tryn type of excitement is an important step forward.
