Comparative study of access to public information in Iran and freedom of information leading countries

Simultaneously To pass the Freedom of Information Act in the countries, major changes occur in the legal system and access to the information states that it is to challenge invisible boundaries. Because the law is that requires states to provide information on where they are being held accountable . In this paper the important aspects of the law and access to information, freedom of information laws in other countries that are considering should be paid : Such as "covered persons of access to information, organizations are subject to the laws of freedom of information, data and documents are subject to the rules and their exceptions, published annually, public information, watchdog function, recourse to the courts, and the cost of access to information . '
