Improving Organizational Effectiveness in the Light of Internal Contingency Factors

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of contingency built on organizational effectiveness in companies based in the industrial town is the city of Sanandaj. In this study, questionnaire was used to collect data. This paper is applied and descriptive. The population includes the 157 employees of companies based in the industrial town of Sanandaj city and the available random sampling has been used. For statistical analysis of data and questionnaire questions, different methods of descriptive statistics and to evaluate the Pearson correlation and regression analysis had been utilized. The results indicate that the internal contingency factors and dimensions of organizational effectiveness have significant relationship. As well as, the size of the contingency factors, internal consistency coefficient (0.654) had the highest impact on organizational effectiveness and was ranked first. Novelty Products coefficient (0.279) is in the second and modularity of products (0.110) is the third and last.
