Delay Significations in Female Student's Marriage

Abstract:
The centre-piece of the following article is studing the signification delays in female students’ marriage.
Method
This study used qualitative methods and group discussion sessions, which was done with 20 female students at ages of 27 to 38 years old with different levels and fields of education including liberal arts, engineering, science and medicine, as well as arts.
Results
According to participants, taking part in-group discussion; signification delays in marriage consists of two conceptual themes first having an opportunity and second losing the opportunity. Participants also expressed some causes of delays in marriage such as marriage-bound, marriage risks, problems in family, anomie in marriage, different ideas and modern preferences marriage, considering cost - benefit of marriage, mental celibacy, social immorality and rethinking gender identities.
Conclusion
The authors of the present research conclude that in facing this phenomenon the basic strategy is to alert students, families and educational institutions about the causes and consequences of conflict in the way that students are educated and married
