Representation of the Status of Human security in the Governmental Conduct of Imam Ali (AS) based on Government Orders

Nowadays special attention Is being paid to “human security” by international organizations and there are a lot of enactments about it. Although there is no comprehensive definition for human security of “freedom from fear” and “freedom from needs”, all authorities believe that human security is related to the relationship between the government and people and includes two phenomena according to Islamic teachings, man is the representative of God on the earth. In addition to the Quran, the human position and human security have been paid a lot of attention in theoretical and practical tradition of the Prophet (pbuh) and Imams (AS). Up to now, “human security” has not been investigated yet. So the goal of this paper is to clarify the “human security” in Imam Ali’s ideas and position of human security in his state (three dimensions: distributions, , method and contacts). The most important sources for this subject are the letters of Imam to the authorities. In this research, we have used descriptive and analytic method. The specification of the “human security” of people in Imam Ali’s tradition is the most important results of the research.
