Manager's leadership styles and its effect on promotion of human resource productivity(Case study: staff managers of mazandaran province disciplinary commandership)

Today one of important subjects for organizations is planning for productivity increase (promotion of efficacy and efficiency) in organizations because productivity has always been one of the basic strategies for ensuring survival and growth for organizations. Present article is addressing the effect of manager's leadership styles on promotion of human resource productivity. This research is applicatory from aim point of view and descriptive and metric from data collection method. This research is also called coefficient research because the relation between two variables is studied. The statistics population consisted of 109 staff managers of mazandaran province disciplinary commandership based on Cochran formula, among whom 85 persons by simple random sampling were selected. Data collection tools are based on Clark leadership style standard questionnaire (1998) and productivity standard questionnaire. Its reliability by alpha chronbach were .83 and .97 respectively and the results were confirmed. For description and analysis of data, descriptive statistics method and for analysis of information, correlative coefficient test, regression and freedman by SPSS software were used. The research results indicated that leadership style and its constituents are effective on human resource productivity. The research results showed that the dimension of non prescription and partnership respectively have the most and the least correlative coefficient.
