The Importance of Rhythm and Music in Mehdi Akhavan Saless's Poems

The present article begins with a short introduction to music in poetry and a reference to some ideas, opinions, researches, and works by Akhavan in this respect and concludes with a study of the main elements of music in poetry (rhythm, rhyme, and literal harmonies). To complete the study and to present his ideas on this topic, his prose works and his interviews as well as his poems have been analyzed. They have been mentioned in different parts of the article and have been briefly explicated.
