The relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation mediated by organizational intelligence

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and organizational innovation among employees of Semnan University was mediated by organizational intelligence. The research method was descriptive correlational. The target population included all university staff and the type of sampling method was simple. Data collection tools, questionnaires, knowledge management, organizational innovation, organizational intelligence, which after validity and reliability was distributed among the participants. Data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods. 1) Knowledge management directly influences organizational intelligence, and organizational intelligence directly affects organizational innovation 2) knowledge management indirectly through organizational intelligence influences organizational innovation 3) knowledge management directly influences organizational innovation.
