Fulfillment of the psychological contract and organizational support: Motivational challenge for professionals

The contracts of employment as mental models or patterns of employment relationships in business are considered. Aspects of relations, including written agreements, laws and official documents are often called economic agreements. Other aspects that are hidden behind the written words are known as psychological contracts. On the other hand, perceived organizational support reflects opinion about the level of commitment to their employees. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of psychological contract fulfillment by employers on perceived organizational support.The study includes 687 professional staff in headquarters of the National Bank, agriculture Bank, and export development Bank in the areas of finance and information technology , and data were collected through questionnaire. The results indicate a direct relationship between positive psychological contract fulfillment and organizational support has been standardized and significant coefficient for the path is equal to (0/82) and (13/51), respectively. Therefore, it can be stated with 99% confidence that the organizations that trying to cover their promises into action, makes a positive impact on the formation of perceived organizational support.
