The Impact analysis of transformational leadership in innovative behavior and Entrepreneurship Expansion in order to achieve Sustainable organizational competencies

The aim of this article was the Impact analysis of transformational leadership in innovative behavior and entrepreneurship expansion in order to achieve sustainable organizational competencies. The research objective was applied and the research type was analytical survey. The statistical population was made up of over 230 staff members of tamin ejtemaei organization. The sample size was 141 cases which were obtained using Cochran's formula and random sampling - stratification.. The validity of questionnaire was proved using content validity method and their reliability using Cronbach's alpha. In this article to test hypothesis and conceptual model structural equation approach and Amos 18 software were used. The result show the transformational leadership has effect on innovative behavior and Entrepreneurship Expansion and sustainable organizational competencies. Also the results show the innovative behavior and Entrepreneurship Expansion have the middle role in the Impact analysis of transformational leadership in sustainable organizational competencies.
