The role of Mental Skill on the Interpersonal Communication and performance Effectiveness of on Iranian Basketballs Reefers

The aim of this study was The Effect of Mental Skill on the Personal Communication & the role of on Iranian Basketballs Reefers Effectiveness and Presenting the Model. The research method used descriptive and correlation. For this purpose, the entire Reefers gene and men's basketball as a sample of 82 patients were evaluated. Information needed for communications through questionnaires of Graham (1998), mental skills through theoretical and Imam Questionnaire (2014) and efficient through questionnaires of Hsu (2002) were collected. Levine test for homogeneity of variance in inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normal distribution of data, t-test and F (ANOVA) for comparing the means, independent t test was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that about 14% of the variance related to interpersonal communication is determined by the components of mental skills (R2 = 0/14). About 4% of the variance related to efficiency is determined by the components of mental skills (R2 = 0/04). About 8% of the variance related to interpersonal communication effectiveness is determined by the components (R2 = 0/08). Analysis of the difference between mental skills, interpersonal communication and efficiency of judges according to the individual characteristics of the reviewers did not show a significant difference.
