Identify & Prioritize the Barriers of Agility in Enterprizes to Achieve World-Class Production

One of the major changes in the environment is globalization of economic, industrial and service activities. Globalization has led to expansion of trade between nations. The competitiveness of local markets has been extended to national and international markets.Therefore, only international organizations can be present in the world to set up production in the World- Class Manufacturing. Organizations must be able to quickly adopt their resources with changes of environment and respond to them in an agile manner. Agility is set of capabilities and competencies which promotes and develops the organization in the business environment. In the research, the criteria of world class have been identified-one; of most important of which is agility studying library resources (book, articles, theses, etc) .After reviewing the various components of Agility, 13 components and 56 indicators have been selected pertinent to the criteria of the World-Class organization and Iran automotive industry . These components have been provided for experts and deputy directors of Tondar automotive as questionnaire. The statistic community of the research is 158 of experts and deputy directors of Tondar automotive .114 ones were elected as sample and prioritized after gathering via statistical method using AHP approach.
