An Intelligent Fuzzy Model to Evaluate Knowledge Management Processes in Supply Chain (Case: Iran- Khodro Company)

The basic purpose of this study is presenting an intelligent fuzzy model to evaluate knowledge management processes in supply chain of Iran Khodro. In this paper, at the first, knowledge management processes and their indicators were detected by literature review and then by factor analysis. After that a fuzzy expert system were presented in order to evaluate knowledge management processes. DEMATEL technique was used to determine the importance of dimensions and their indicators. The results showed that acquisition creation and generate knowledge and use application and exploiting have been more important that the other dimensions and these two dimensions have maximum effect on knowledge management processes performance.
