The Relationship Career Adaptability and Job Satisfaction in Welfare Organization of Falavarjan's Employees

Aim and Job satisfaction will increase the working efficiency of employees. One of the factors contributing to job satisfaction is the career adaptability of them. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between career adaptability and job satisfaction in employees of Welfare Organization Falavarjan, Isfahan.
This study was descriptive and correlational. The population in this study consists of all male and female employees of the Social Welfare Falavarjan city. Given that the study population is 100 people, the whole community was considered as samples. To collect data from the questionnaire “Dunnet” job satisfaction and career adaptability “Savichas” and “Porfeli” scale was used with good reliability. Analyze data using SPSS statistical software SPSS version 21 and the mean comparison test for independent groups (T-test), one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson correlation coefficient was used.
Findings: The results showed a significant difference between job satisfaction and career adaptability, as well as the absence between gender and economic status of career adaptability and job satisfaction.
According to the results, it is suggested: To increasing job satisfaction among employees holding workshops career adaptability.
