Comparison between job satisfaction and employee motivation with herzberg two- factor mode

Abstract:
The main goal of this study was to investigate the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction in the parsian insurance with Herzberg two-factor models. Case study in this article was based on description of correlation. Reviewed studied sets includes the employees of parsian insurance that were selected based on the factors such as: age, sex, status and university degree.ie. they were totally 265 persons. The instrument used for data collection consisted of: Herzberg's two standard question naire of 40 questions and the smith's questionnaire in which After the validity and reliability of the tool was distributed among the Participants and then The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient inspss. The results showed that between the motivational factors and health insurance and employee satisfaction in parsian insurance are positive and meaningful relationship.
