Investigating Teacher's Attitudes toward Barriers to Knowledge Creation in Higher Education

The purpose of the present research was to investigate the teacher's attitudes toward barriers of knowledge creation in higher education in Isfahan University. The current research was an applied research and its method was descriptive-survey. The population included all 500 faculty members of Isfahan University from which, 200 persons were selected through stratified random sampling. Questionnaire (designed by the researcher) was used as data collection tool. Moreover, the content validity of questionnaire was confirmed by the professors of management of Isfahan University and the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated as 0.90 using Coronbach`s Alpha method. Data was analyzed using Spss19 at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results suggested that 1- the degree of barriers at personal level was higher than the average, 2- level of organizational barriers was higher than average, 3- level of of technical barriers was higher than the average.
