Analysis of the position of Hakim Ibn Hakam from Shiite and Sunni perspective

This paper glance on personality of Hakim ibn Hakam ibn Ibad ibn Hanif, who is one of the great companions of infallible Imams (phuh) and their narrators. It is to revive his name and renew his remembrance in the tarajom and Rijal sources and so on. Various judgments are seen about him. In this research we mainly seek Rijali study and accurate biography of Hakim ibn Hakam. This work, first presents view and judgment of both Shia and Sunni scholars accordingly at the end proves the authenticity and trustworthy of Hakim ibn Hakam. Therefore rejects the view considers him liar or forger.
