Specify of Saudi Arabia's Foreign Policy Toward Excommunicative Terrorism in Iraq and Syria

Middle East region Faced increase in activity of terrorist groups in recent years. The activities and formation of this groups have been different reactions between region countries. This paper tries to Study Saudi Arabia's Foreign Policy about Excommunicative Terrorism in Iraq and Syria with Analytic - descriptiv Method and with use in defensive neorealist Theory, and asks two main questions. First, what is the role of Excommunicative terrorism in Saudi Arabia's Foreign Policy in Iraq and Syria? Second, What Strategies do Saudi Arabia Follow about Excommunicative terrorism in Iraq and Syria? The main Findings of the paper shows, the role of Excommunicative terrorism in Saudi Arabia's Foreign policy is creation and shapes a Threat Balance against Iran's power in Iraq and Syria. And Saudi Arabia's strategies about Excommunicative terrorism included are, direct support, making consensus in format of Persian Gulf Cooperation Council and shape to coalitions with some regional countries.
