Libyan Political Future (An emphasis on the coalition of General Haftar and el-Sisi)

Abstract:
By the outbreak of Islamic Awakening from Tunisia, some countries prone to crisis such as Libya also were confronted with the rise of Muslims. In Libya 2011, Revolutionaries manage to win the war after 9 month of conflict with Gadhafi forces triggering a new stage in the socio-political scene of the country. At first it seems the state-building process would undergo smoothly, however despite the hopes and initial efforts, since Gadhafi’s fall no powerful and public government took shape while after more than 6 years of revolution, Libya has been the scene of severe disagreements between officials and effective groups which lead to see two government and parliament there. Winning many field battles and buying support of some regional and international actors, General Haftar as one of the top field forces in Libya could put himself forward as one the major options of taking the government in Libya in the future.
Accordingly, this question arises that what is the role and position of General Haftar among Libyan actors in the future of the country? So the purpose of this article is to review the political future of Libya with an emphasis upon the role of General Haftar and the support of General el-Sisi.
