Human rights requirements of crime detection in Iran's legal system

Judicial security is one of the important subjects in the international human rights system and this paper is written for analysis this rule in the crime detection phase at the light of internal and international regulations. Achieved result indicate that Iranian legislative have a great favor to international regulations about crime detection and in this case, have established numerous obligations on police agents as the main government official in the crime detection. Moreover, criminalization the offences of government officials in Islamic criminal Act and forecasting council of preservation of citizens rights and respect to legitimate freedoms Act that is working under supervision of supreme authority of judicial branch , are effective guarantees for protection of defendant and victim’s rights in crime detection.
