Violation of State's Airspace By U.S Drone Strikes: case of pakistan

Abstract:
In recent decades, Us’s government to achieve remote control of automated guided weapons technology such as advanced drones which are equipped with modern intelligence facilities, smart missiles and targeted killing programs, has created new challenging issues in the international community. The Use of the unmanned aircrafts in borders of some Islamic countries like Yemen, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq and especially Pakistan, has a concerning prevalence that caused dissatisfaction with the government and people of these countries . For the territory of Pakistan airspace which caused killing and injuring many civilians and destroying many public buildings. These attacks are mainly illegitimate, clear violation of international law, the UN charter and the norms of human rights and humanitarian law. This paper discussed the various aspects of the subject, and also the drone attacks have been analyzed. Now what is the position of international law and Humanitarian law on flying Drone strikes'? Are this attacks within the jurisdiction of the ICC by aggression and violating the rules of war? The answer to these questions is the subject of the present article.
