Protective effects of α-tocopherol, BSA and vitamin C on caprine sperm quality during incubation at 5° C

This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of α-tocopherol, BSA and vitamin C on different caprine sperm parameters following incubation at 5 °C for 48 h. The treatments were as follows: 5 and 10 IU/ml of α-tocopherol, 4 and 8 mg/ml of BSA, as well as 3 and 6 mg/ml of vitamin C, and control group without any antioxidant.
