Mechanisms of Law Enforcement Jurisprudence in the Management of Society in the Evolutionary Process of the Islamic Revolution

One of the basic issues in the formation of the Islamic government and the advancement of its goals is the realization of civility. “Law Enforcement Jurisprudence” is a social law of Islam that regu- lates social relations and ensures that human dignity, peaceful cohabitation, peace, progress and prosperity are guaranteed in the civility. It can be said that the law enforcement jurisprudence is in the process of social sentences (decrees) in order to realize this civility; of course, a society that has civility spontaneously provides the growth of social and individual spirituality. Law
enforcement jurisprudence is a part of Islamic jurisprudence that regulates the sentences of a Muslim individual in relation to social life.
This paper is conducted in a descriptive method using library resources.
Findings and The social life of man is not possible without order, peace and security. Order, peace and security are created by mankind; therefore, the jurispru- dence, which is the knowledge of responsibilities and rights, has ordered a warrant for the employment in law enforcement. The evidence of this decree is the expres- sion of the Qur’an along with those traditions and practices of the Prophet (PBUH) of Islam; a public decree has been issued for the employment in law enforcement that if others have been engaged in law enforcement it is obligatory for the others to cooperate with them in such a way as to enhance the strength of the police force and promote the status and dignity of the police. Another important point is the evolution of the Islamic Revolution and the role of jurisprudence in each of its five stages: the Islamic revolution has started from a point, and has undergone various stages, and there are still steps ahead. It is clear that each of the evolutionary stages of the Islamic Revolution, like the evolutionary stages of any other revolution, re- quires software tailored to the conditions and facilities for managing society.
