Abstract:
Today, self-determination of nations is recognized as international pattern and as universal which the countries have responsibility to it. This right consists of all political, economic, social and cultural aspects and has two internal and external dimensions.
In internal dimension, the said right as well general citizens, protect the minorities of country. According to law, right of destiny determination is not separation and independence but it points to removing discrimination, political participation in government and warrant their rights which Constitutional law of Islamic Republic of Iran recognized the points for participation of the minorities in different governmental fields beyond the limitations which were recognized by international law. Of the rights are selection candidate in the election as well determination of exclusive representative in Islamic Consolatory Assembly, right for establishment party and freedom in religious ceremonies.
