Site selection of Training Centers in Shiraz Using Model Indices Overlapping & Combining it with AHP (Case Study: High School Shiraz)

The proximity educational settings in relation to other land uses, the number of students and the accessibility of the issues that are of interest to urban planners. The aim of this study is to determine the best location for high schools in Shiraz using GIS and AHP is combined with the index overlay model. The research method is descriptive - analytical and practical by nature. In this study, the criteria for locating schools of Shiraz (radius coverage, population density, proximity to a network of streets, neighborhoods incompatible) with each of them was identified and related information.
