Methods of Policy Paper Writing in Strategic Studies

Writing a policy paper as a main instrument nowadays in decision making in any country needs to know how to write it methodologically for better transmitting the policy alternatives or options in the policy cycle. In doing so the paper at first examines the standing of public policy in the strategic studies as a science in praxis and then introducing the policy cycle process as the base of logical decision-making.
