Abstract:
As nanotechnology develops, atomic force microscope Nano-robots attracted the attentions as an efficient instrument in order to Nano-structures transfer and construction. Lack of possibility of simultaneously observing the Nano-particles controlled pushing operation is one of the most important limitations on this method. In present research a virtual reality environment is used for observing the operation process in order to eliminate the limitations. At first, the images obtained from the AFM Nano-robots were processed in the simulation performed and then Nano-particles dimensions were determined. Then, the particles were transferred using Nano-particles transference dynamic simulation and simulating the critical time-force diagram. The simulations developed in order to make use of the rectangular, dagger and V-shaped cantilevers. The virtual reality environment provided allowed for the modeling applicability accurate process simulation for users.
