Considering the economic conditions of the country and the economic threats of the enemies, it seems that realizing the goals and policies of the resistance economy is possible only by utilizing domestic production capacity and supporting various economic sectors. The purpose of this research is to design a pattern for utilizing non-factory production strategies to realize the objectives and policies of resistance economy in the context of producing and selling of toys. For data collection, the Supreme Leader's questions and the views of the group of experts, as well as toy manufacturers and sellers have been referred, and the final model is designed by using a grounded theory approach and with open, pivotal and selective coding. The proposed pattern suggests the causal and obligatory conditions for the expansion of domestic production, the need for government support and cultural centers, selecting market development strategies and product development, the homogeneous and heterogeneous variety of non-factory production, and above all, the increasing people’s participation and small companies in the toy industry. The mentioned pattern has led to the development of domestic investment capacity in the toy industry, and in a variety of ways, such as reducing dependence on oil revenues, increasing domestic revenues, increasing public participation in production, reducing the government's financial burden on production, distribution, and monitoring can help fulfill the objectives of the resistance economy.
