Prediction of makeup usage based on early maladaptive schemas in women and girls in Isfahan city

This study was conducted to predict the tendency to makeup based on early maladaptive schemas in women and girls of Isfahan city.
The method of research was descriptive-correlation. The population of the study consisted of all girls and women of Isfahan. 120 participants were selected according to random cluster sampling. short form of Schematic Questionnaire (Yang, 1988) and Tendency to Makeup Usage (Akbari et al., 1394). The Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression.
Findings: The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between the domains of disconnection and rejection with the tendency to applying makeup and thus can be a predictor for usage of makeup among females in city of Isfahan (P
