Abstract:
Old texture due to age And lack of application development and technical supervision of its formation Can lead to the elimination of its status in the minds of the citizens And the need to pay more attention to the textures and the provision of sanitary facilitiesphysical, social, environmental and that they had most of the 28 primary index - health, Improving urban facilities and equipment Etc In such places the needs of affluent and middle classes necessary to prevent the migration of these tissues And they become places of poverty is concentrated.The purpose of this article is Shahindezh spatial analysis Distressed Areas in the city. Material and cross-sectional study And using documents and Inventory study and field study was conducted.The findings reflect the content of the physical indicators of the effectiveness of 25.1% And indicators of economic, social and environmental impact respectively (15:33), (6.9) and (6.66) were identified as the most And economic factors, physical, social, environmental and that they had most of the 28 primary index, was used to collect data. For data analysis software SPSS SPSS is used. The findings reflect the content of the physical indicators of the effectiveness of 25.1% And indicators of economic, social and environmental impact respectively (15:33), (6.9) and (6.66) were identified as the most important issue in the context of the old city Shahindezh And finally to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities facing the worn out tissues studied in the model (SWOT-AHP) was used The best strategy for the offensive strategy was selected.
