Review the degree of nuclear family affiliation among fathers and mother families among students

Abstract:
The present study seeks to compare the factors affecting the degree of dependence of the nuclear family on maternal and paternal families. Accordingly, Levi-Strauss, Raudel-Cliff Brown, René Koning, and the exchange approach have been used. The method of this research is a survey and library. The statistical population of this research is Alzahra University student's families. Sampling was done by stratified sampling. The sample size is 260 people. The research instrument is a researchermade questionnaire. The results showed that father's authority variable had a significant positive correlation with father's family affiliation. This relationship is also seen between father's authority and mother affiliation. But the father's authority showed a meaningful negative relationship with the financial affiliation of the mother's family. There was a significant relationship between maternal family life and maternal dependency, while there was no significant relationship between father's family life and family dependency. There was a significant relationship between the number of visits to the mother's family and their dependency on the mother's family, while the number of visits to the father's family did not show a significant relationship with the father's family. The variable of father-respondent's education showed a significant relationship with the dependence on the father's family, while there was no significant relationship with the dependency of the mother's family on the maintenance of the children. Additionally, the response of the father of father with financial dependence on the mother's family showed a significant negative correlation with the mother's response to financial affiliation with the father's family. The socio-economic variable of respondent father also showed a significant relationship with financial dependence on the mother's family, while there was no significant relationship with financial dependence on the father's family.
