Providing Multilevel Models for Increasing Level of Service

Abstract:
This article seeks to answer the question of "quality delivered" What role is the use services to the people. To answer these questions, reports and survey data were used; and finally using the software HLM, modeling and analysis was performed multilevel theories. The results showed that 25 factors are used to measure the quality of service delivery and; level of use infrastructure on the relationship between quantitative growth are affecting people.
