Abstract:
This study aims at determining the effectiveness of cognitive restructuring training in modifying the student's attribution styles. This research is a quasi experimental study with a pretest/post-test plan and the control group. Research samples were 30 students from statistical population of high school student in Isfahan city. Samples were selected with multiple stage cluster random sampling from these students, 15 students were randomly assigned to the control group and 15 students were assigned to the experimental group. Experimental group were trained of cognitive restructuring training during eight 1/30-hour sessions and the subjects evaluated by attributional style questionnaire (ASQ).
