Promoting organizational citizenship behavior through spiritual intelligence (Case study: Security staff of the headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior in the headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology is a descriptive survey.
