The Study of The Relationship Between Knowledge Management and Teacher's Job Performance of Girl's Junior High Schools

This study aimed to investigate the Relationship Between Knowledge Management and Teacher`s job Performance of Girl's Junior High Schools in Sirjan City. A description of the research is the correlation. Statistical research principals where all Teachers of Girl's Junior High School who had been serving in Sirjan City. in this Study, 206 teachers in Girl's Junior High School selected by random sampling And they completed the knowledge management based on managing knowledge building blocks model (2000), and the Hersey & Gold smith's job performance (1988), questionnaires. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, Chi 2 Correlation, ANOVA and regression analysis methods. Results showed that there was significant relationship between all components of knowledge Management with job performance. Also there was significant differences between teachers job performance based on teaching experience. . But there was not significant differences between The Knowledge Management based on­ teaching experience. Also there was significant relationship between Education teachers with knowledge management and job performance. Regression analysis showed that Teacher`s Job Performance could be predicted by components of knowledge management.
