Research about the Islam in the Media Reporters Right with Considering Press Code

In Age Communications and world of data, responding to the requirement of the society is very important to the religion, in this research, writers research about a new case in the communications field that is an important thing for circulation and rotation communications; i.e. reporter right in Islamic point of view.
This article has shown some principle of special right of reporter with Islamic Republic of Iran’s Press Code such as:Safety of Life, Criminal immunity, Freedom of Information.
Writers try to show that it is essential but not enough toIslamization of information system that recognized these rights for reporters and it needs a long time.
