The Effect of a Crime Motivated by the Realization of Islamic Jurisprudence

The effect of motivation in establishment of title of crime in Imami ýJurisprudence. Experts of criminal law believe that the crime comprises of the legal, material, ýand mental components. In the criminal law crime comprises of these three ýcomponents. But there is the other title that should has important role in the ýestablishment of crime, alone or with the mental component.
This title is the ýcriminal's motive in the establishment of crime. The position of motive in the ýcomponents of crime is one of the problems that attract the attention of ýcriminologists and criminal lawyers. In this research, we want to investigate ýthe effect of motive in the establishment of crime in Imami criminal law. For ýthis, we first investigate the components of crime in Imam criminal ýjurisprudence and then research the position of motive among of themýý.
