Choosing the best solution to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness Using Game Theory
Maintenance is a subject that is frequently used in the industry today due to the spread and pervasiveness of industry in human daily life in order to meet their needs. In this regard, according to research and interviews conducted in RanginNakhBeshel company inadequate attention to the maintenance and repair (NET), followed by lack of attention to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) prevented the success of the company in increasing production efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to find ways to increase OEE. Therefore, in this article we have tried to use various research and structured interviews with experts to find ways and increase OEE. Due to the fact that the use of all methods in all units is costly and useless, methods with the greatest impact on the increase of OEE and units with the highest equipment and devices must be identified. In this regard questionnaires to determine the units with more important NET principles will be distributed among the heads of the various units of the plant and then they are selected as players with use of Fuzzy AHP dual software. Two solutions also among the strategies that have the greatest effect on increasing OEE are defined by distributing questionnaires among the heads of the various departments and Fuzzy AHP software. Then these strategies are assigned to these units using game theory. And at that moment the best solution to increase OEE for each unit will be introduced to the plant. results show that the Dyeing and Coil Winding units has to be top priority among the units of the company in terms of importance of NET and the use of manpower training involves operators orientation with machines operations and update scientific and experimental groups strategy makes the amount of OEE maximum in the two units
