Abstract:
There are innovative and valuable ideas in the world around us that often fail to survive in the daily routine of life for reasons such as non-transferring from the right channel or non-reviewing by the relevant organization. On the other hand, the growing trend of companies' Inclination in using customers’ participation shows that firms have taken new organizational choices to increase their innovation and competitive advantage. A very effective solution in this regard is the use of crowdsourcing strategy to exploit popular ideas in solving various (and complex) issues. Accordingly, in the forthcoming research project, a comprehensive study is under way on the understanding of the modern operations of the crowdsourcing and its various dimensions. In this regard, while gaining knowledge of the operational uses of crowdsourcing in different domains of defensive-security, cross-docking operations is utilized in the network of crowdsourcing to facilitate the processes of refinement and classification of information, as well as the coverage of software weaknesses and lack of sufficient infrastructures. Ultimately, the benefits and functions of the crowdsourcing operations – based on the network structure provided for it - are discussed in the defense operations and industries of our country.
