Piety; A factor for Islamic organizational behavior

Abstract:
The Qur'an regards piety as the condition of salvation from the fire of hell and the acceptance of actions which leads to the rebirth of blessings on man and the liberation of man from the plagues in the world. Piety in the network is central to the key terms and terms of the Qur'an and Islam. Regarding the problems and problems faced by various communities and organizations, virtue seems to be a major and fundamental factor in solving these problems and problems and it has the functionality and functionality, and has the function of shaping and realizing Islamic organizational behavior. Therefore, in this article, the concept, meanings, individual and social effects, examples and piety relation with the methods of controlling the behavior using Quranic Quranic verses and Qur'anic narrations in a qualitative way and using the content analysis method using the data collection form and tried and tried. to use the concept of piety, a basis for an effective behavioral system based on three dimensions, conceptual, structural and functional.
